Scope and Content: Microforms of ledgers listing taxes due on various properties in Delta. Ledger lists: roll numbers, date demand notice issued, name of taxable person, address (sometimes a very rough address), legal description of real estate being taxed, number of acres or lots being taxed (wild and improved), values for improvements, values for land, total values, amounts of rebates, amounts in arrears, amounts paid, and date paid. Entries are grouped by ward number. Within each each ward are alphabetical lists by property owner and lists organized by the property's legal description. The alphabetical listing for Ward 2 includes a list Asian individuals at the end of the alphabetical list.
