Scope and Content
Consists of photograph of the construction of a building between Berry's Grocery to the north and H.N. Rich's office to the south on Delta Street. The sign in the office window advertises Mr. Rich as the agent for Brackman Ker. The new building was built by Mr. Berry's sons Percy and Leslie for a bicycle shop. This building eventually became Ladner's post office.

Original photo was loaned to DMA in 1985 to make copy. The original was donated to the DMA in 2009.
