This photograph depicts a commercial development on 56 Street in Tsawwassen located next to the Safeway/Save-On grocery store and previously located next to Delta Fair Mall. The property was one of several commercial developments built by Manary Enterprises. Prominent businesses that can be seen in the photo include TD Bank, Mills Paint, and Robb's Fish 'N' Chips. A travel company can also be seen occupying commercial space.

Notes

Title based on the writing on the back of the photograph. Date range based on the knowledge that TD Bank and Canada Trust were separate entities until their merger in 2000. According to a former employee of TD Bank who worked at the later Tsawwassen location (at 1323 56 Street), this branch seen in the photo is believed to have closed sometime between 2001 and 2002. Written on the back of the photo is: "1129- 1137 56th Street".
